Taylor came home from school this weekend. He keeps encouraging me to finish the cookbook, write the story, and get on Oprah! I tell him I will keep working on it, but with Grandma passing there are a lot of other things pressing on me to get done. AND I know he’s right, I need to get back to it soon. Lots of people keep asking.
Mom would have been so happy watching us in the kitchen this weekend as I was teaching Taylor how to make pasta cosardi sauce, and then spaghetti sauce and meatballs – working sides by side in the kitchen as she and I used to.
