We had a great day yesterday! Hubby Tim and I went to church (Unity of Marin) services at 11:15, then to breakfast at a nearby place, then home for a day of cooking and hanging out. Our son Taylor joined us this afternoon and was here for dinner. We feasted on Pork Roast with Vegetables

We finished off with Ricotta Cake with Lemon Glaze. This recipe came from an on-line resource. I was looking for a light and easy recipe to make, and this definitely fit the bill. Not too sweet, and pretty easy to make. I didn’t have a bunt pan so I used my “monkey bread pan” – don’t laugh – it worked! 🙂
